CEO

Spencer founded C‑Tech IT Solutions in 2019 with a clear vision: to help organizations use technology more effectively and efficiently. Since then, he has guided the company through steady innovation, always focused on delivering practical, forward‑thinking solutions for clients. Spencer remains committed to staying ahead of industry shifts and continually refining his expertise to better support the businesses and communities C‑Tech serves.

Brennen Brinker

Solutions Architect

Brennen joined the C-Tech team in March of 2020. With his experience in support, project execution, and customer relations, Brennen leads our clients to success with technical innovations tailored to their needs. When Brennen is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, lure coursing his Silken Windhound dogs, working in his garage turning wrenches, and watching sports with friends.

Luke Whisnant

Service Manager

Luke joined the C-Tech team in June of 2021. He’s been in the IT field for over a decade, and he’s always looking for an opportunity to learn something new while servicing clients. When he’s not at work, he enjoys traveling on his adventure bike and spending time with his family.

Mark lilley

Support Technician

Mark joined the C-Tech team in February 2025. After spending over 30 years in various roles in the IT industry in the UK, Mark emigrated to the US in 2022. Outside of work, he is frequently found watching sports and enjoys travelling.

Izzy Gora

Dispatcher

Izzy joined the C-Tech team in October of 2025. She enjoys pushing herself to learn new things that help her provide the best customer service possible. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, spending time with loved ones and her cats, and can usually be found with a camera in hand.
